主講人簡介：

黃智現任肯塔基大學蓋頓商學院管理學系副教授，在這之前任教于香港科技大學商學院管理學系。黃教授從波士頓學院卡羅商學院組織管理學系獲得博士學位，他的研究主要從認知心理學的角度看社會結構（包括社會地位結構，權力結構，社會網絡結構，制度結構）怎么影響組織，團隊和個人，他用來研究這些現象和課題的情景很多樣性也很有趣，包括美國大學體育產業，美國商業銀行，全球信息技術行業，公司高管團隊和董事會，工作團隊，爵士樂隊。他的研究都發表在國際頂尖管理學刊物，如管理學雜志（Academy of Management Journal），組織科學（Organization Science)，戰略管理雜志（Strategic Management Journal），他的研究也獲得不少國際獎項。他同時擔任管理季刊（Administrative Science Quarterly）和管理雜志（Journal of Management）的編委。他主要講授戰略管理課程，曾獲得香港科技大學商學院優秀教學院長提名獎。
